In the class, we had learned about lesson plan. Each part of lesson plan was needed to be planned and organized well for each subject and grade level.
This is example for lesson plan for elementary school.
How to develop lesson goals and objectives?
GOAL
- determine purpose, aim, and rationale for what you and your students will engage in during class time.
OBJECTIVES
- focuses on what your students will do to acquire further knowledge and skills.
LESSON PLAN
1- Prerequisites.
- can be useful when considering the readiness state of your student.
- the teacher make sure that students can meet the lesson objectives.
2- Materials.
- have 2 functions and it helps other teachers quickly.
a) how much preparation time, resources, and management
b) what material, books, equipment and resources they will need to have ready.
- What materials will be needed?
- What textbooks or story books are needed?
3- Lesson Description.
- provides an opportunity for the author of the lesson to share some thoughts, experience, and advice with other teachers.
4- Lesson Procedure.
-divide into several components:
- introduction
- main activity
- closure
- follow up lesson
5- Assessment and Evaluation
- focuses on ensuring that our students have arrived at their intended destination
-to gather some evidence that they did.
